We want you to be completely satisfied with every item you purchase from eclipsestores.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the shipping date. Refer to the Return Policy below to determine if your purchase is eligible for a refund.


Return Policy

We will gladly refund or exchange, within 30 days of the shipping date, all unwashed, unworn and fully tagged merchandise in its original condition, when accompanied by the original packing slip. The following items are FINAL SALE when purchased online and cannot be returned, unless the item is found to be defective or was shipped in error:

  • Socks
  • Tights/Hosiery
  • Jewellery
  • Bodysuits/Underwear
  • Reusable Totes
  • Head Wraps
  • Headbands

Refunds will be issued in the form of payment originally used to complete the purchase. PLEASE NOTE THAT ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.


Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of eclipsestores.com merchandise by mail. You may exchange an online purchase in person at any Eclipse or Rio location. Alternatively, you may follow the instructions for returning an item by mail and order a new item at eclipsestores.com. Because the availability of items can change quickly, we recommend placing a new order right away.


Returning your online purchase to an Eclipse or Rio location

For your convenience, eligible merchandise purchased from eclipsestores.com can be returned to any Eclipse or Rio location free of charge. To find the Eclipse or Rio store nearest you, use our Store Locator.


Returning an online purchase to a store is easy. Take the items you wish to return, the packing slip for your order, and the method of payment used for the original purchase to any Eclipse or Rio location. If you don't have the original packing slip, you will be credited the current selling price of the item(s) in the form of an Eclipse gift card.


Returning your online purchase by mail

To return your item(s) by mail, you must enclose the original packing slip with the item(s). Keep a copy of this document for your records.


If you do not have your original packing slip, include the following information with your return:

  • Billing name, address and phone number
  • Shipping name, address and phone number
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

Pack the items securely in the original packaging if possible. Ship your return package to the appropriate address below:

Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure you ship your package to the correct location.


All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments.


Keep a record of the tracking number for the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the eclipsestores.com office.


If you received the wrong item, colour or size, or if you received a defective item

We do our best to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If we shipped you the wrong item, or if you find an item to be defective, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. Do not return the item before contacting us as we may assist you with return shipping fees. If you return a defective item or an item received in error without contacting us first, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.

Exchanging an item

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges of eclipsestores.com merchandise by mail. You may exchange an online purchase in person at any one of our Eclipse or Rio stores. Alternatively, you may follow the instructions for returning an item by mail and re-order a new item at eclipsestores.com. Because the availability of items can change quickly, we recommend placing a new order right away.


Return and Exchange Policy for purchases made at an Eclipse, Eclipse Basic or Rio store

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase made in one of our stores, you may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase, or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Refer to the policies below to determine if your purchase is eligible for a refund or exchange. Note that purchases made in-store cannot be returned or exchanged by mail.
